Old Texas Café is a food Truck stationed out of Pasadena, Texas, not far from San Jacinto Battleground, the birthplace of Texas.
The recipes of Old Texas Café are from the family of William Wesson, native Texan, who has been cooking delicious seafood for many years. The testimony of many, who have tasted his fried shrimp, has been, “The Best Fried Shrimp I’ve Ever Had.”
